Anne Lyon Latham

She was born January 14, 1924 in Provindence, RI and raised in South Attleboro, MA, one of five. She had three sisters and one brother.

Anne worked for many years as a Customer Service Representative for Bass River Savings Bank and the New World Bank.

Mother of three, avid Bridge player and lover of golf. She enjoyed all aspects of life. She also faithfully attended services at Brewster Baptist Church. In her retirement she loved to travel. For 22 years she annually went to Bermuda to play Bridge with the Masters, her husband as her partner. She also loved to play piano and was a gifted writer of poetry.

Grandmother of 7, Great-Grandmother of 6. She will be sorely missed.

A funeral service will be held at the Doane, Beal & Ames Funeral Home, 729 Route 134, South Dennis, MA 02660 on Friday, March 2, 2012 at 12:00 noon, with burial to follow at the South Dennis Congregational Cemetery, Main St., South Dennis, Ma, next to the Congregational Church.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Brewster Baptist Church, 1848 Main St., Brewster, MA 02631, of the charity of one’s choice.
