Arthur grew up in Weymouth and attended and graduated from Weymouth Vocational.
He worked with pride in the auto mechanic industry and served in the Army.
He loved fishing, enjoyed time at the canal and loved dogs.
He is survived by his daughter, Andrea Franks, 3 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
