David J. Cugini, Sr. 88 years old of South Yarmouth formerly of Watertown, passed away on July 1, 2019. Honorably discharged Army veteran of the Korean War and retired Watertown Firefighter. Beloved husband of Rita (Arone) Cugini. Loving father of David J. Cugini and his wife Kathleen (Fleming) of Centerville, Donna Vasquez and her husband Thomas of Watertown, Deborah Cugini-Gering and her husband Tim Gering of Allen Park, MI. Adored Grandfather of Anthony, Domenic and Nicholas Cugini, Thomas Vasquez and his wife Kaitlynne, Maria Vasquez and Timothy Gering. Loving Great Grandfather of Luca Vasquez. Brother of the late Lawrence Cugini, Nina Treveloni, Philomena Hedrick, Mary Goodwin and Donna Mancuso. He also leaves several loving nieces and nephews.
