In Loving Memory of David George, 73, passed away unexpectedly, leaving behind a loving family and countless friends who will forever cherish his memory. David was a devoted husband, loving father, proud grandfather, and hardworking man who lived his life with humor, dedication, and an unwavering love for his family.
He shared 46 wonderful years of marriage with his beloved wife, Janice, building a life centered around family, love, and laughter. He was a proud father to son David George Jr, daughter in law Laura, Daughter Jennifer Hachey, and a loving grandfather to Charlie, Aurora, Jack, Ashley, and Kerah. Loving brother in law to Elizabeth Robichaud and Uncle to Marybeth and Mike Juliano . His family meant everything to him, and he would do anything for the people he loved. Being a grandfather was one of the special joys of his life, and the memories he created with his grandchildren will be treasured forever.
Throughout most of his career, David worked in plumbing sales, where his extensive knowledge, experience, and dedication earned him the respect of everyone he worked with. He was the kind of person everyone wanted to deal with because they knew they could count on him. His expertise in the industry and the relationships he built over the years were a testament to the pride he took in his work.
After retiring from plumbing sales a few years ago, David took on a part-time position as grounds manager where he lived. The job kept him busy and happy, giving him something he truly enjoyed. One of the greatest joys of this job was getting to spend time working alongside his grandson, Charlie. Whether they were taking care of the grounds or riding around together in the golf cart, those moments were especially meaningful to David. The time they shared created special memories that Charlie and the entire family will treasure forever. For David, it was about more than just keeping busy; it was about enjoying life and making memories with someone he loved dearly.
While David was a hardworking man, it was his personality that made him truly unforgettable. He had an incredible sense of humor and could make just about anyone laugh. He had a way of bringing people together, making everyone feel welcome, and brightening any room he walked into. People loved being around him, and his laughter, quick wit, and ability to make others smile left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know him.
Above all, David was a family man. He was always willing to lend a hand, go out of his way to help, and put the people he loved first. His kindness, humor, strong work ethic, and devotion to his family were the qualities that defined him. David’s unexpected passing leaves an emptiness that cannot be filled. Though he may no longer be physically present, the love he gave, the laughter he shared, and the memories he created will live on in the hearts of his wife, children, grandchildren, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. He will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.
Rest in peace, Dad. Thank you for the laughter, the love, and the memories. We will carry you in our hearts always.
