Born on March 15, 1921 in Melrose, MA, he was the son of the late
Charles Everett and Lida G. (Leslie) Swain. For 37 years, he lived in
Reading, MA before moving to East Dennis in 1987.
He enjoyed walking, volunteering at the Dennis Senior Center and woodworking.
In addition to his parents, he was also predeceased by his son, Peter Swain.
He is survived by his loving wife of 68 years, Pat; his son, Tom Swain
and his wife, Rizza of Haverhill, MA; his daughter, Jan Swain of North
Egremont, MA; his daughter-in-law, Janet Swain of North Truro; his 4
grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Services will be private.
