Eddie willbe truly missed from all of us at the Housing Authority. I also have COPD and every morning Eddie would be in the. communityroom and would have his oxygen sensor with him and I would sit with him and we would talk and he would check my oxygen level. Eddie was a great guy I'm so glad I had the chance to know him. He was a fighter...
you will be missed by all of us p my friend may you rest in peace

Dear Higgins Family,
It was my honor and privilege to have been Eddie's friend for many years. He was a kind man who was very caring of others. Through the years and our many hours spent together I came to feel for him as a brother. I cannot tell you how much I will miss him. I will miss our trips to Starbucks every Saturday. I will miss his kindness.
I am so sorry for your loss. Many times he shared with me his love for you.
May God bless him and keep him. May he rest in peace.
With Sorrow,
Mitch
