Eleanor Jean Packard

Born on February 7, 1931 in Dedham, MA, she was the daughter of the late Joseph C. and Maud (MacNevin) Veno.

One of her greatest loves was sewing and volunteering her time at the Congregational Church of South Dennis. She will be remembered for her generosity and kind heart.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Donald C. Packard and her son, David B. Packard.

She is survived by her three sons, Donald C. Packard and his fiancé, Donata White, William J. Packard and his wife, Donna, Stanley A. Packard and his wife, Dawn; her five grandchildren, William Packard, Jr., Jason Packard, Courtney Packard, Alexandria Packard, Adam Packard; her great grandson, Peyton Packard; her daughter in law, Betty Packard; and her beloved dogs, Max and Missy.

Friends may call from 4 pm to 7 pm on Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at the Doane, Beal & Ames Funeral Home, 729 Route 134 in South Dennis.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11 am on Wednesday, December 5, 2012 at the Congregational Church of South Dennis, 216 Main Street, South Dennis, MA 02660.
