Tom, Was born at Norwood Hospital in Norwood Massachusetts. Graduated Mission High School then attended Catholic University in Washington DC with a degree in education. Following his graduation from CU, he acquired a Master Degree in counseling and administration at Northeastern University in Boston, MA.

Tom was predeceased by his mother Patricia ( Bialkowska) McGuire of Lowell, MA and Father Francis T. McGuire of Hyde Park, MA.

Survived by is loving wife, Roberta McGuire of W Yarmouth, MA, and his sister Patricia McGuire of Norwood, MA.

Tom was the loving and devoted step father of Linda (Libby) Brugh, husband James, Judith (Libby) Froehlich husband Keith, Susan Libby Rossi husband Walter, Arthur Libby and wife Christine, Karen Libby Kunigenas and Fiance Keith.

Also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and devoted cousins.

Tom was quite the artist, enjoying and creating exceptional paintings for his loved ones. In his free time, he greatly enjoyed teaching his grandkids how to fish, and find clams and beach time with his best friend and wife Roberta.

Traveling was also a passion of Toms, his favorite vacation spot was Aruba.
