James was born in Bristol, CT and graduated from Cape Tech in Harwich.
He is survived by his daughter, Gabriella; his mother, Serena F. Sears; his sisters, Rebecca Sears and Melissa Sears; and his brother, Stephen Sears. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces. great-nephews, and many good friends.
Services will be held at a later date.
