Dear Cindy,
I cannot tell you how very sorry I was to read of your mother's passing in today's newspaper. Every time she came to the shop, she was always very lovely and kind to me. She always had such a nice smile on her face and it made me smile as well. I absolutely loved her laugh; it was infectious. I hope with time your memories of her will bring you and your family much comfort. While Matt never met her, he sends his deepest sympathies as well.
