Marsha Jean Brogan

She was born in Natick, raised and educated on Cape Cod, she served in the Coast Guard Reserves, worked as a waitress at Fred's Turkey House, Roses, and Ann and Fran's.

She loved to travel, the beach, and was an avid reader. Disney World was her favorite destination.

Marsha is survived by her children, Matthew L. Speight, Jr. and wife Jodi of Centerville, Marc E. P. Speight and wife Susan Seminara of Yarmouth Port, and Michael "Sean" Speight of Boston; grandchildren, Sydney McGee Speight of Somerville, Madison Speight of Centerville, Samuel Costa of Yarmouth Port, and Vivian Speight of Boston; her brother, Robert Brogan of Hyannis and her sister, Patricia Mulligan of New Bedford; and many nieces and nephews. She was the daughter of the late Robert and Rose Brogan, and was truly a much loved woman who will be missed by all who knew her.

A memorial visitation will take place on Thursday, July 30, 2026 from 4-6 PM at the Doane, Beal, and Ames Funeral Home, 729 Rt. 134, South Dennis.
