As a long time Ocean Edge member I would always see Mike first thing in the morning at the gym. I and two others were always the early birds but Mike always beat us in. He was always there with a smile, an amusing story, updates on his golf game, or share stories about seeing his family. Mike was so light hearted that on several holidays he would dress the part and brighten our day. In my memory can see him in his varied Halloween costumes or dressed up as Santa Claus or as a Leprechaun on St. Patrick's Day. I last saw him at Clancy's Restaurant where he shared with me his challenges with his feeding tube. I visited with him and Mary Lou briefly and wished them well. All my best to the family and I'll never forget my friend Mike.

I am saddened by the loss of Mike. He was one of the most upbeat people I have ever met. I have fond memories of him bowling on Monday mornings with the Cape Cod Men's Club. He had interesting stories to tell and always had a positive attitude regardless of final score. He will be missed.
