August 3, 1953May 2, 2021

Peter Andrew Robidoux was born in Fall River, Massachusetts on August 3, 1953 to parents Jeanne and Frank Robidoux. He received a master's degree in criminal justice and spent his entire career as a dedicated Swansea police officer. He married Paula McMurray on September 13, 1975 and they would have celebrated 46 years of marriage this September. Peter is survived by his loving wife Paula, and their three children, Jessica Zelch and her husband Brad, Megan Ashton, and Justin and his wife Alisha. He has four granddaughters, Addison and Peyton Ashton, Julia Robidoux and Gabriella Jazwiecki. Peter is also survived by his brother Paul and family, father-in-law Peter McMurray and sister-in-law Nancy McMurray.

Peter and Paula recently moved to Cape Cod in South Dennis, Massachusetts where they have always enjoyed spending time since their honeymoon in 1975. In lieu of flowers or arrangements, the family would appreciate donations be made to the Jimmy Fund/ Dana Farber Cancer Institute so they can continue the important work they do to help others battling cancer.

The family will be having a private mass in the near future to celebrate Peter's life.

Dear Robidoux Family, My deepest condolences to you. Michael and I have the best memories of "Big Pete." He had a big laugh, a big heart, and always was so welcoming whenever we came by the house. I love reading about his work with children and his mentorship of others. May his legacy live on through them and in the community at large.
