Thomas J CONNORS, 90, of Yarmouthport , MA, passed away peacefully July 27, surrounded by his family. Tom was born in Leominster, MA and grew up in Framingham, MA. Tom served in the Korean War and graduated from Boston University. Tom retired to the Cape in 1996 after a long career with the Social Security Administration which took him and his family all over the United States. Tom was predeceased by his parents, Thomas and Gladys, his sister’s Francis and Janice and his wife Barbara. He leaves behind his son Thomas F. and wife Elizabeth of Hamstead, MD, his son Terence J.and wife Johanne of East Dennis, MA, two grandchildren, Thomas J.and Kelsey also of Maryland, his fiancé Beverley Johnson of Yarmouthport, MA and his grand doggie Bridget. Tom also leaves his sisters, Judy Christie of East Dennis, MA, Ellen Kelly of Middlebury,VT and Joanne and her husband Walter Read of Manchester, NH and many loving nieces and nephews. Tom had a long and an adventurous life and will be missed by all.

Services are provided by Doane, Beal & Ames Funeral Home, 729 Route 134, South Dennis, MA. Visitation will be from 9:30a.m.- 10:30 a.m, Wednesday, August 5, 2020. Followed by a Christian Mass at 11:00a.m at Our Lady of the Cape Catholic Church, Stoney Brook Rd, Brewster, MA.

Sorry, I couldn't be there but I am so sorry for your loss. Tommy was always so nice to me and always had the most amazing stories of his time in the military. I loved seeing him at every family party. RIP. Please let me know if you need anything.-Amanda Park, Great Niece

I was sorry to hear of Toms passing, Tom was a sweet man with a great sense of humor and seemed to make friends were ever he went . He will be missed, thinking of his family at this difficult time
