

Wayne was born in Hyannis, MA and raised on the Cape and in Houston, TX. He lived in Dennis for the past 22 years. He was a 1991 graduate of Dennis-Yarmouth Regional High School where he met the love of his life, Megan, his high school sweetheart. Wayne completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Houston and his Doctor of Chiropractic at Texas Chiropractic College. Wayne worked as a chiropractor for many years taking great pride in care for his patients across the Cape.
Wayne is predeceased by his father Leonard W. Hicks. He is survived by his mother Joanna (Allain) Booth, his adored wife Megan Hicks, his cherished daughters Abigail, Julia and Charleigh Hicks, his brothers J. Scott Hicks and Martin Hicks and his sister Shelley Ralston. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours will take place at Doane, Beal & Ames, 729 Route 134, South Dennis, MA 02660 on Saturday, May 17th from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. immediately followed by a 1 p.m. service.
