William J. Daley

William J. Daley 86, passed away on Sept 1, 2010. Originally from Brookline MA, and resided in Dedham and Dennis. Beloved husband of Helen V. (Manning) Daley they were married 62 loving years. Mr. Daley proudly served his country during WW11, in the Tank group of the 2nd Armored Division in England, France, Belgium, Holland and Germany. Dedicated employee with 45 years of service with Boston Edison Co. His passion was his children and family. Proud father of Eileen and husband James Fahey of Milton MA, Elise and husband William Varley of North Eastham, Ellen and husband Bruce Greim of Walpole MA, and William J. Daley Jr., and wife Jean of Dedham MA. There are 13 grandchildren and 9 great- grandchildren, and his sister Ellen Freeley of Brookline, also several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Monday Sept 6, 2010 from 3-7pm, at the Doane Beal & Ames, Funeral Home 729 Rte 134, South Dennis MA, 02660. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday Sept 7th at 11AM, at Our Lady of The Cape Church, 482 Stony Brook Road Brewster MA, followed by a burial at Dennis Village Cemetery in Dennis MA.
