They spent 61 years together in marriage. Throughout those 61 years her husband Guillermo worked consistently until his retirement to provide a strong home for the family, which allowed her to be at home with the children. During that time she learned so many things from running the household budget, taking care of four children and caring for her husband. She was Diligent in her commitment to raising a strong family.
When she went to Catalina island for the first time ever, she was so joyful laughing and smiling saying how beautiful it was and why she had never come before. Also when she went to Santa Monica Pier to see the beauty of the ocean as she walking enjoying the view with a smile from ear to ear eating a “Churro” once again saying Why have I not come here before. She always enjoyed her times in Kansas City and would say it is so nice and peaceful there.
She loved going to church at Praise Chapel, where she was apart of the nursery ministry for many years, she also attended Sunday Morning Prayer meetings, and would look forward to seeing her friends. She was a faithful woman of the LORD, she stood steadfast never wavered in her faith. She was a woman of prayer, who would continually pray for her family, church and friends.
Her prayers always were for her family to come to know Jesus Christ as Personal Savior!
