Mario is survived by his daughter Amanda Gutierrez; and his daughter Jasmine Gutierrez; his mother Arminda Gutierrez and his father Arcelis Gutierrez; his sister Guadalupe Gutierrez, his sister Elizabeth Gutierrez and his brother Alejandro Gutierrez.
