Mary Montes

Mary was born on August 12th, 1951 in Phillipsburg, New Jersey to Nicholas and Calogera Alfieri. She and her family moved to California in 1953 where she spent the rest of her life. She graduated from Huntington Park High School in 1969 and married that year. She had her first and only child, Mary, the following year.

Mary most recently worked for Pearson Sales Company as an Inventory Control Specialist before retiring in 2014. Mary will forever be remembered for her hilarious one-liners and crass humor. Mary loved to laugh, tell stories, and play games with her family, friends and loved ones.

Mary is survived by 1 daughter, Mary; 2 grandchildren, Anthony and Sarabella; 1 sister, Susan; and 4 brothers, Joey, Nick, Tony, and Carmelo.

Funeral Mass and Burial will be held on Friday June 25, 2021.

10 am Mass at St. Matthias Catholic Church
