

Nov. 17, 1920-Sept. 1, 2012 Passed away at the age of 91. Beloved husband of the late Marlene. Dear father of Duane DeBoer, Curtis DeBoer, and Debra (Izzy) DeBoer-Zamora. Loving grandfather of Erin (Nick), Katie (Dan), Tamra (Eric), Trisha, Dustin, Sean, Ryan, and Jeffrey. Devoted great-grandfather of Alexyss, Chace, and Zachary, Further survived by his sister Faye, his brother in law Dennis, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by his parents Clarence & Maybelle. Dale served in the US Army and fought in WWII from 1940-1945 in The European Theater with the 10th infantry Division, 5th Army. Dale fought in France and the Siegfried Line, the battle of the Rhine and the Occupation of Berlin. Dale received the Bronze Star for heroism on June 30, 1944. Dale served as a past post commander of the American Legion Post 27, South Milwaukee, WI.
Dale was an avid golfer, enjoyed spending time at his mobile home in Montello, WI and loved his family and friends.
Dale worked as a painter for many years before working at Bucyrus Erie. After 22 years at B.E. Dale spent his retirement years working at Metro Milwaukee Auto Auction.
Dale was an exceptional man who lived a tremendous life filled with love and happiness.
Memorial Service, Friday, Sept. 7, 5:30PM at the funeral home. Time of sharing from 3PM until the time of service. Inurnment Forest Hill Memorial Park.
