I have very few good memories of my childhood, except for our wonderful uncles. Yes, we all say we are blessed to have them and I am happy that we all remember what they did for us.  I want to thank Aunt Vivian, all my cousins for sharing my godfather with us. Real and True family is always their when they are needed the most.  Keep the happy memories and know that God says that no deed goes unrewarded. One more thing...Uncle Johnny never failed to put a smile on my face.  Love you all, Marlene and Doug

I'm truly very sorry to hear about Uncle John's passing.  We haven't had much family contact lately but Uncle John, Aunt Vivian and the rest of the cousins will always be a part of my childhood and a permanent piece of our family puzzle.  Aunt Vivian, cousins, other family members and friends , , , please know that you will all be in my thoughts.  Keep the love and fun (and funny!) memories of Uncle John close to you to help you at this time.  Barb will take good care of him for a while.  God Bless.

All of us at times in our lives complain why we did not get this or why did they get that. Why do others have things dropped in their laps when I have to struggle. I have been one of the fortunate ones to of had Uncle John fall in my lap. I wish I wouldn't have inherited the bald gene but you take the good with the bad. :-) Along with great memories of our family outings which will always be with me. My deepest sympathy to Auntie Vivian and the cousins. Love always

Please accept my sympathy on the death of John.  Having recently lost my own father, I empathize with your loss.  I will today celebrate a memorial mass for John's intention.  

In your sorrow, please remember Job's assuring words: "But as for me, I know that my Vindicator lives, and that He will at last stand forth upon the dust.  And from my flesh I shall see God; my inmost being is consumed with longing.  Whom I myself shall see: my own eyes, not another's, shall behold Him. (Job 19: 25-27)"
