

Reunited with his beloved wife, Marian on Monday, May 20, 2013 at age 91.
Loving father of the late Barbara Koepp, Leroy (Jarmilla) Koepp, Arleen (Bob) Poplar and Claudia (Kevin) Johnson. Proud grandfather of Tara (Sean) Samis, Benigno (Ashley Price) Cervera, Angela Cervera, Nicholas (Margaret) Poplar, Jen (Don) Kveton and Jesse(Gabby) Cervera Jr.; and dear great-grandfather of Carl and Zachary Samis, Juliet Proite, Antonina and Jack Poplar, and Edith Cervera. Further survived by other relatives and friends.
Celebration of Life will be held Tuesday, May 28, 2013, at 1:00 PM at the FUNERAL HOME. A Memorial Visitation will be held from 12:00 PM until the time of Memorial Service (1 PM). Interment to follow at Forest Hill Memorial Park Cemetery.
As a youth, Neil was an active Boy Scout, earning the highest rank of Eagle Scout, the first to be awarded in Gwynn, Michigan. Neil was a proud Army Air Corp Veteran of WWII and member of American Legion Post #299. Neil was a dedicated Allen-Bradley retiree and a devoted life-long member of the Cudahy United Methodist Church.
