Of Oak Creek, Received into the hands of our Lord on January 4, 2012 at the age of 30 years. Survived by his cherished daughter Hannah. Beloved son of Ray and Beth. Dear brother of Jason (Jennifer), and Nathan. Uncle of Zakk. Further survived by many other relatives and friends.
Funeral service on Sunday, January 8, at 6:30PM at the funeral home chapel. Visitation on Sunday from 4:00PM until time of services. Interment Private at Forest Hill Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family appreciated.
