Paraschiva Kiva Hayen

Hayen, Paraschiva "Kiva" (nee Roman) of South Milwaukee. Born June 25, 1923 and went home peacefully August 14, 2013 at the age of 90 years. Beloved wife of 54 years to the late George A. Jr. Loving, humorous mother of Rita (Walter Boeshaar), Susan , and Kathi Hayen. Further survived by other wonderful relatives and friends. Preceeded in death by her parents Simione and Paraschiva Roman, Siblings Ileana Soto, Nicholas J. and George S.

Celebration of Life Friday August 16th at 11 AM at St. Luke's UCC 2200 18th Av., South Milwaukee. Rev. Beth Abbott officiant. Interment Forest Hill Memorial Park. Visitation Friday, at the Church, from 10 AM until Celebration of Life.

Kiva was the first woman draftsperson at Bucyrus Erie retiring after 13 years of service. She had a love of sewing and devotion to St. Luke's UCC. A heartfelt thanks to the staff at The Lutheran Home, Vitas Hospice, St. Ann's Intergenerational Daycare and Creekside Manor for the special care they lovingly gave Kiva. The family requests blue attire and butterflies for the Celebration of Kiva's Life. In lieu of flowers memorials to St. Luke's UCC appreciated.
