Passed away on Thursday, September 19, 2013 at the age of 100. Beloved wife of the late Lester. Loving mom of Gary Winkler and Richard (Deborah) Winkler. Dear grandma of Nicholas (Leigh) Winkler. Great-grandma of Oliver Winkler. Cherished sister of Merlin (Peggy) Ludeman. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Viola loved games (Scrabble & cards), and puzzles, such as Sudoku and jigsaw puzzles. She will be fondly remembered for her baking as well as having an appreciation of nature and what God created.
Funeral service, Friday, Sept. 27, 11AM at South Milwaukee United Methodist Church, 1327 Marshall Ave., South Milw. Visitation at church from 9AM until the time of service. Interment Congregational Cemetery.
