For almost two years, Alice was a resident of the Brookdale Northampton Assisted Living Community. She grew up in Olney, PA and after marriage lived in Warminster, PA. Alice was born in Philadelphia on November 6, 1942. She was the daughter of Harry and Alice Kirby. She graduated from Olney High School. After high school, Alice worked for Burpee Seed Company in Philadelphia for many years.
Alice was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Olney, and later in life at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Jamison, PA. Alice was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star (OES) for close to 60 years. In her youth she was a member of the Order of Rainbow for Girls. Alice followed in her mother’s footsteps in holding many offices in OES including Worthy Matron. Her father was very active in the Masons.
Alice was preceded in death by her husband John Bosler who passed away in 2000; her father Harry in 1979 and her mother Alice in 1989. She also lost her precious “PJ”, her cat, in 2019. She is survived by her cousins Susanna Nester Lee of Chesapeake City, MD and Ronald Veit of Hatboro, PA.
