Elise Loun

She was a long-time resident of Southampton, Langhorne, and Neshaminy Manor for the past 10 years. Elise was born on May 10, 1926 in Philadelphia, PA to parents, Norris Lindsay Norden and Grace V Norden. She graduated from High school and went on to work in a Pencil Factory, and later worked at a health-food manufacturer, called HoneyWheat. She was a housewife, homemaker and raised 3 children.

Elise was a Frank Sinatra follower, making many visits to NYC and getting her picture taken with him and getting his autographs. She enjoyed puzzles, she loved cats, Star Wars and Science Fiction. She was an avid Eagles fan and enjoyed the Flyers. She loved to read her James Patterson books and watch Law & Order with her favorite star, Sam Waterston, who she later in life met in Vermont, as he was a speaker at her Grandson’s College graduation.

Elise was preceded in death by Norris Lindsay Norden (father), Grace V. Norden (mother), Warren Everett Norden (brother), Alfred Lawrence Loun (husband), Jeff Alan Loun (son) and Alfred William (Billy) Loun (son).

Elise is survived by Irving Loun (Patti), Nicole Loun (Granddaughter), Rachel Loun, (Granddaughter), Jared Loun-Pavlovich (Great Grandson), and Joshua Loun (Grandson).

A Memorial is scheduled for Wednesday, August 23, 2023, at Wm Rowen Grant Funeral Home, 659 Street Road, Southampton, PA 18966.
