Eunice Daisy Taylor

Eunice D. Taylor, 87, of Trevose, PA died Monday, May 20, 2013 at Hahnemann Hospital in Philadelphia, A. She was born Feb. 27, 1926 the daughter of John Joseph and Beatrice Estelle (nee Jones) Goode. Reared and educated in Philadelphia she graduated from William Penn High School and worked as a clerk for the Internal Revenue Service. She married Grover Lee Taylor on Sept. 6, 1948 and he preceded her in death on November 16, 1992. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Esther. She will be most remembered for her very active participation in her religion as a Pioneer Jehovah’s Witness. She is survived by a son, Grover Taylor of Trevose-Feasterville, PA; two daughters, Maureen E. Taylor of Somerset, NJ and Althea Taylor of Trevose, PA. She is also survived by one sister: Vivian (nee Goode) Sharp of Philadelphia, PA, one granddaughter, Tahirah Taylor and a nephew Theodore Sharp. Memorial Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, May 27th at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 2860 Mechanicsville Rd, Bensalem, PA. Inurnment will be private at White Chapel Memorial Gardens in Feasterville, PA. Arrangements by William Rowen Grant Funeral Home 659 Street Road, Southampton, PA.
