Dear George, Jacqui, Sue, Kris, Jessie, and Family,
Our sincere sympathy to you. Joan was a beautiful person inside and out. We have so many fond memories of her. We know how sad you must be but know that her love will live on in the hearts of all that knew her. She was such a creative person. Those darling skating dresses for Jacqui! A tux for Alex! A tux for George! A costume for Jessie and Kris! The list goes on and on. I remember the great after skating dinners in Bristol at the diner. Always fun and full of great conversation. May God bless you and bring you peace. Karen and John Patton

George,
So extremely sorry to learn of Joan’s passing. It has been a pleasure knowing her and conversing with her during the past 10 or so years. As you are a person with an energetic personality and attitude I hope that her likewise attributes will sustain you, along with your other family and friends, to find strength to continue on in a similar manner on this path called life that still temporarily remains for the rest of us mortals walking ( and hopefully still skating) on this earth.
Your friend,
Rick Saxman

Joan was a good lady always had good conversation during practice time in rinks. She took time to play with my youngest granddaughter to keep her occupied during practice.
She will be missed by many!
My condolences to the Kane family.
