Jack was Plumber and was a longtime member of the Plumber’s Union. Jack was also very involved with his church
Jack is brother of Ellen Christaldi of Warminster and George E. ‘Ed” Moore of Souderton, Pa and William ‘Bill” Moore of Warminster.
Jack is also survived by nephews Edward “Chip” D. Adams, Rand Moore and Christopher Moore. As well as (2) two nieces, Nancy E. Roehl and Laurie Bellagamba.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, January 2, 2016 at 11:00 AM located at
St. Asaph’s Church 27 Conshohocken State Rd. Bala Cynwyd, Pa. 19004
Prior to the memorial service, from 10:00 – 11:00 AM, there will be a time of prayer, paying respects, visitation.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Pancreatic Cancer Research.
