Martha M. Mehler Hoffman, died on Sunday May 16, 2010 at Jeans Hospital in Philadelphia. She was 91 years of age. Born in Philadelphia, she was a resident of Huntingdon Valley since 1957. She had previously lived in Churchville. She was the daughter of the late Hugo E. and Martha Flechter Mehler.
Martha was the beloved wife of Carl J. Hoffman, MD for 66 years. She is the devoted mother of Carl (Geraldine) Hoffman, Jr. of Churchville, Gerald S. Hoffman of Springfield, VA , Martha Anne (Rod) Hoffman-Benjamin of Seattle, WA, David Hoffman of Fairfax, VA, and Gregory M. Hoffman of Huntingdon Valley. She was the loving grandmother of Lori M. Hoffman, Monica H. (Nickolas) Tufo, Kathryn (David) Jarvis, Emily and Thomas Benjamin.
Martha was a homemaker. She was a Communicant of St. Albert the Great Parish in Huntingdon Valley. Mrs. Hoffman attended of Richboro High School.
