Mary Ella Tracy Matchner died on Tuesday January 25, 2011, at Luther Wood Convalescent Center in Hatboro. Born in Philadelphia, she had lived in Gilbertsville for the past 15 years. She had previously been a longtime resident of Norristown and West Norriton.
Mrs. Matchner was a homemaker. She was a member of the Norristown Art League.
Mary was the beloved wife of Joseph C. Matchner, SR. for 60 years before his death in 2001. She was the devoted mother of Joseph C. (Carol L.) Matchner, Jr. of Southampton. She was the loving grandmother of Stacy L. and Wendy L. Matchner. She is also survived by her brother Donald W. Tracy of Hatboro.
Relatives and friends are invited to her service 1 PM on Monday, January 31, 2011 at 1 PM at the Wm. Rowen Grant Funeral Home, Street Rd. & 2nd Street Pike, Southampton, PA 18966. The family will receive friends from 12 noon until the time of service. The interment will be in Sunset Memorial Park in Feasterville.
