Ned M. Pearce

Ned M. Pearce died on Monday, October 19, 2015 at his residence. He was 74 years of age. Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Albert H. and Clara Thomas Pearce. Ned was a lifelong Croydon resident.

Mr. Pearce was a retired Navy Chief Boatswain's Mate with 25 years of service. He served on the USS Hamil and was attached to the Naval Reserve Center in Philadelphia.

Ned was a retired employee of the Recigno Dental Lab in Willow Grove. He was also an employee of the Wm. Rowen Grant Funeral Home for the past 46 years.

He was an avid gardener. Ned enjoyed hunting, skiing, and working with stained glass.

Ned was the brother of the late Clifford and John Pearce, and the late Margaret Smoyer. He is survived by his niece Janice L Pearce of Norristown and several other nieces and nephew. He will be sadly missed by his best friend for 45 years Thomas Trojecki and his wife Cheryl of Warminster.

Relatives and friends are invited to call Tuesday, October 27th from 11 AM to 12 Noon at the Lamb Funeral Home, 101 Byberry Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA. His funeral service will be at 12 Noon. The interment will follow in Washington Crossing National Cemetery in Newtown.
