

Samuel was born in Bristol; he was a Southampton resident for the past 47 years. He had previously lived in Warrington and Bristol.
Mr. Costantini was the owner of Banners and Sing Express in Trevose for 26 years. He was previously an employee of SPS Technologies in Jenkintown. He was a Communicant of Our Lady of Good Counsel Parish in Southampton. He was an Air Force Veteran.
Sam was a member and President of the Southampton Lions Club. He was the Past District Governor of District 14 and a recent recipient of the Lions Club International President’s Award. Sam was the Chairman of the Southampton Day’s Committee for 38 years. He was also a member of the Southampton Inter-Service Club.
Samuel was the beloved husband of Faith Graeber Costantini for 47 years. He was the devoted father of James Vincent (Christine) Costantini of Lambertville, NJ and Craig Costantini of Southampton. He was the loving grandfather of Nichole and Katie. He was the brother of Marie Cialella of Bristol, Vincent (Floss) Costantini of Palmira, PA, Augustus (Donna) Costantini of Levittown, Morris (Charlotte) Costantini of Fenton, MI and Kay (William) Tomlinson of Hulmeville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Mass will be held at 11:30 AM on Tuesday May 31, 2011 at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, 2nd Street Pike and Knowles Ave (611 Knowles Ave), Southampton. Relatives and friends are invited to call from 10:00 a.m. until time of Mass.
