A long time resident of Southampton, Scott was born on September 29, 1964 in Meadowbrook, PA, to parents Walter C. McKenney and Constance Stephan. He graduated from William Tennent High School in 1982. Scott went on to work as a facilities maintenance technician, and worked for Foley Cat Bensalem for 5 years.
He was a member of many clubs and organizations, including the Scouts, 4H Shooting Stars, Langhorne Rod and Gun Club, The 5th Pennsylvania Regiment, and was a lifetime member of the Southampton Fire Company. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and camping.
Scott was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Karen, his son, Ben, three brothers, Brian, Glenn and Kevin, and by his nephew, Michael, and niece, Amanda.
A viewing is scheduled for Monday, September 15, 2025, from 10:00AM - 11:30AM at Wm. Rowen Grant Funeral Home, 659 Street Road, Southampton, PA 18966, followed by a funeral service starting at 11:30 AM. After services, a burial will be held at Sunset Memorial Park.
