

Thomas was born in Pensacola, FL. After graduating high school he attended Georgia Tech and received his degree in engineering, after which he served in the U.S. Navy as a fighter pilot. He retired from the U.S. Navy Reserve as a Captain. He went on to receive his law degree, entered private practice and after served as a Deputy Attorney General for the State of Pennsylvania until his retirement. He was a proud veteran and life member of the V.F.W., the American Legion, and the Masonic Lodge.
He is survived by his wife Dorothy, his sons Thomas and Ronald, and his daughter Barbara as well as five grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to his service 12 noon Saturday February 26, 2001 at the Wm. Rowen Grant Funeral Home, Street Road & 2nd Street Pike, Southampton. The family will receive friends from 10:30 AM until the time of service. The interment will be at a later date in Arlington National Cemetery.
