Tracy M. Hess, 52, of Southampton, spread her wings and left us on Thursday, July 5, 2018 in Abington Hospital.

Born December 3, 1965 in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of Willie C. Avery and Gertha L. Sims. She was a resident of Southampton and worked in the health and fitness industry as a personal trainer where everyone admired her beautiful soul.

Tracy was the devoted fiancé of Steven Webster. She will be dearly missed by her loving children, Christina L. Hess, Christopher M. Hess, Jonathon V. Hess, and her siblings: Hope Manes (Ben), Ivan Avery (Racquel), Angie, Marsha, Dale Avery, and many nieces and nephews.

Tracy always had the biggest smile on her face, immediately lighting up any room she walked into. Her infectious energy, spirit, and determination inspired all she came across; from the fitness industry, extra- curricular activities (such as the cheerleading and dance), to all of the remaining memories of her that we hold close to our hearts. We remember Tracy as always being on the go, with her big black jewel- filled shades and bright red lipstick, accompanying her every step of the way.

Tracy was always devoted to the ones she cared about most, in addition to the ones she may not have known so well, but that never mattered to her. Tracy was always lending a hand to hold, ear to listen, and shoulder to cry on without question, no matter the circumstance. Tracy was always there when you needed her. We remember Tracy as staying busy, from working on projects or productions, to simply just being in the spotlight. Every day of her life was spent going above and beyond to live the life she wanted to live and what made her happy, with every intention of leaving a positive impact along the way.

Visitation of our fitness angel will be held on Sunday, July 15, 2018 from 10:00 AM until 1:00 PM at Lamb Funeral Home, Inc., 101 Byberry Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006. Funeral Service will begin at 1:00 PM.

Memorial contributions in Tracy’s memory may be made to Children’s Hospital.

I met Tracy on the set of Creed 2. She was sitting behind me in the Russian fight scene. She was determined for all of us to go to the red carpet premiere of the movie. I am saddened to hear of her passing. Rest in peace in that movie making space in heaven.

My dearest friend,
From the day we met , you have been part of me.
Your smile, your kindness, your strength have helped me through the hardest of times while also sharing the best of times. The memories of our adventures are too numerous.
Although my heart and soul are broken to say good-bye to you, I know that we will be together again someday.
You leave a legacy behind in your children and in the lives you have touched.
I will continue to have a piece of you in my heart every day ,my beautiful sister, until we see each other again.
Rest and rejoice in paradise.

We Remember Her
When we are weary and in need of strength,
When we are lost and sick at heart,
We remember her.
When we have a joy we crave to share
When we have decisions that are difficult to make
When we have achievements that are based on hers
We remember her.
At the blowing of the wind and in the chill of winter
At the opening of the buds and in the rebirth of spring,
We remember her.
At the blueness of the skies and in the warmth of summer
At the rustling of the leaves and in the beauty of autumn,
We remember her.
At the rising of the sun and at its setting,
We remember her.
As long as we live, she too will live
For she is now a part of us,
As we remember her.

There will never be enough words to express the emptiness I feel due to your absence in our lives now. I look for you in everywhere I go and everything that I do. What I CAN say is that I have been extremely privileged since the day we locked eyes to be raised by such a strong, driven, goal oriented, persistent woman like yourself because you have molded me into a young woman who has never and will NEVER back down to anything or anyone. You will forever shine. I have, am, and forever will be PROUD to call you MY mom. You will forever live through me. I’ll always be your Tina Lee. I love you.

Memories playing in my mind of the days we used to laugh and play. Us creating the moves to the song "Enjoy Yourself" by the Jackson 5. And not stopping until the sun fell. It was you that stood out from the crowd and graced any environment with your infectious smile and energy.

You are a true diva and a champion. Although your light shines elsewhere your flame will continue to burn within us. NEVER TO BE FORGOTTEN
Go in peace sis-Hope

Good morning all,
When I learned of Tracy’s passing it really hit me hard. She made such an impact on my life not only in the fitness industry but in my life. I met Tracy at the Arnold’s one year and she gave me such a positive affirmation I knew I just had to have her in my circle of friends. My condolences out to her family and god speed my friend. Your the real super hero in life now as you got your angel wings to soar high to the heavens above. You were one of the best friends I ever had. God bless.
