Ann was born to the late William R. Smaltz and Elizabeth ‘Betty’ A. Smaltz on October 3, 1950 in Huntingdon, PA.
Ann is survived by Eddie ‘Bubba’ Rivenbark of Southport, NC; her two children, Michael W. E. Cole and his wife, Mandy Nokes of Apex, NC and Kathryn ‘Katie’ Rivenbark of Southport, NC; 3 grandchildren, Samantha Cole, Dylan Nokes and Reese Cole; and her cousin Jackie Snyder of Wilmington, NC.
A Celebration of Life Service will be 2pm Sunday, March 15, 2015 at Peacock-Newnam & White Funeral and Cremation Service Chapel, 1411 N. Howe Street, Southport, NC.
The family will receive friends from 1-2 prior to the service.
