Mrs. Scalf was born April 11, 1939 in Betsy Layne, KY. She had retired as a medical records supervisor and worked part-time in medical records at Dosher Memorial Hospital.
Survivors include her son Gregory Scalf of Oak Island.
Mrs. Scalf will be buried with her mother and father in Ohio.
