Mrs. Rushin was born October 22, 1938. She is survived by her husband, Wayne Carr. She and Wayne had 18 years as man and wife and she will be missed very much.
A memorial gathering will be held from 2:00 to 3:00 pm on Friday, August 28, 2026 in the Peacock - Newnam & White Funeral Home Chapel.
