Bruce was born in 1955 to the late Bruce Milton Webb, Sr. and Carolyn McIver Webb. He was a middle school teacher in Colton, California for 25 years. Following his retirement to St. James in 2016, Bruce golfed daily. He also enjoyed fishing, camping, and his dog Toby, whom he enjoyed walking around the neighborhood.
Bruce is survived by his wife Joanne Webb, a daughter Kelly Webb and fiancé Eric Reinke of Maryland, a son Joseph Webb and wife Natalie of California, and two grandchildren, who affectionately knew him as Mossie, Jackson Webb and Nixon Webb.
In accordance with his wishes, no services will be held.
