I just saw this. So sad.
Dick did a lot of dental work on me some years ago and he also played in my Myrtle Beach big band on ocassion. He once said he’d play if I promised to call “Dreamsville”.😌
Condolences.

I knew "Dickie" from the time I was a baby. Our parents were good friends - Clyde and Mildred Conrad and Craig and Faye Steed. I'm 13 years younger than Dick was and as such he was a kind of big brother I didn't have. I remember being so impressed with the model airplanes he built! I have many fond memories of him and his parents that I was planning to share with him someday. I was greatly saddened to discover I'd run out of time. God bless you in your time of grief.

I had the pleasure of working for Dr Conrad for 6 years. Never a dull moment! He always had jokes and stories to tell and kept us laughing all day. My husband and I used to play in the Brunswick County Band with Dick and he was always the life of the party. An extremely talented musician, and an excellent dentist! He will be greatly missed! Love and prayers for you Teresa and Sarah, and the rest of the family.
