Doreen Ellen Jankowski

Mrs. Jankowski was born in London, England, daughter of the late Alfred England and Violetta Daines England. Beloved wife of the late William Jankowski. Doreen was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother who cherished her family deeply. She was known for her warmth, kindness, creativity, and unwavering love for those around her. Doreen had a deep passion for art and greatly enjoyed teaching art in the Southport community of North Carolina, where she shared her talent and inspired many through the years. She loved spending time with family and friends and made a lasting impact on everyone who knew her.

She is survived by her loving children, Frank Jankowski and Susan Cooper (Greg); three grandchildren, Gregory Jr. (Amy), Aaron (Nichole), and Patrick Cooper; six great-grandchildren, Dawson, Braden, Quinn, Danielle, Sadie Cooper, and Riley Hamby, a great-great-granddaughter, Charlotte Cooper, and many nieces and nephews.

The family will have a private inurnment at Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
