Born October 25, 1942, she was a daughter of Frank and Mary Penzenstadler. She was an avid gardener volunteering for many years at Margaret Thomas’ Iris Garden in Northern Virginia.
She is survived by her brothers, Ernest, Joseph and Anthony; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to her parents and her husband, she was predeceased by her brother, Manfred Penzenstadler; and two sisters-in-law, Mary Penzenstadler and Sue Penzenstadler.
There will be a visitation on Tuesday, February 11, 2025 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Peacock – Newnam and White Funeral Home at 1411 N. Howe St. in Southport, NC.
