Dean was born October 26, 1967 in Halifax County, Virginia to the late Forrest Dale Glasscock and Joan Mattia DeBruhl. He was an avid NASCAR fan and loved NFL football. Dean was the biggest UNC fan that you would ever meet. He was always available to lend a helping hand with no expectation of anything in return. To meet him was to love him.
Dean is survived by his sister, Jenine Glasscock Coffield and fiancée Larry Thorpe; brothers David Michael DeBruhl, and Timothy Lee DeBruhl and wife Melissa; three nieces, Ciara, Savanna, and Bobbi Jo; a nephew Christopher; two great nieces and three great nephews.
A celebration of life service will be held at 6:30 pm on Thursday, July 7, 2016 at the Boiling Spring Lakes Fire Department.
