Cookie was born February 1, 1958 in Brooklyn, New York, daughter of the late John and Iris Santori.
Survivors include her husband, Robert McCarthy; two sons, Jason Disponzio and Rocky Disponzio; three grandchildren, Jace Disponzio, Bella Disponzio, and Nevee Malloy; and a sister, Laura Santori Yousaf.
A private celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
