Fred Klemm was born in Newark, NJ on September 26, 1930, son of the late William and Emma Klemm. He was a veteran of the US Air Force. He was an avid weightlifter, an amazing drummer, bingo player, and loved trips to Atlantic City. He was retired from SUNOCO Oil where he worked for over 30 years. Everyone loved Fred and he loved everyone.
Survivors include his children, Sydelle Scardilli and Anne Brousell and her husband Robert. His grandchildren Patrick and his wife Megan, Elizabeth, Lauren, Michelle, Stephen and Kathy, Chris and Mary, and Dawn. His great grandchildren Reilly, Collin, Shane, Jodi, Jace, Vincent, Dominic, Angel, Nicole, Joseph and Jason. His great-great- grandchildren Lewis and Luca. Also, his nieces and nephews.
Fred Klemm was preceded in death by his first wife, Irene Klemm; his second wife Lucy Klemm; a son-in-law, Victor Scardilli; and five brothers, William, George, Edward, Robert, and Francis Klemm.
A memorial service will be held at a later date in New Jersey.
