He is survived by one daughter Jessica Dee Milam and husband Tony; three grandchildren, Nathan, Alyssa, and Kaylee all of Hickory; his fiancé Tammy Dalton Dunlap of the residence; one brother Ben and wife Janelle Myrick of Gaffney, SC; one sister Debbie Barksdale of Southport; nephew Yogi Martin; nieces Tonya Watkins and husband Robert and Misty Santini and husband Kurt all of Southport and Nicole Alexander of Ft. Worth, TX; and several great nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm, Sat urday March 21, 2014 in the Peacock – Newnam & White Funeral and Cremation Service Chapel with Reverend Gene Tomlinson officiating.
