Joe was my friend. He used to bring an Entimens coffee cake to the terminal and we would share it with coffee. I really enjoyed chatting about his past "aviation" adventures. He would tell stories about working on the Concorde, and crewing on the B-36 bomber. I sat there like a starry eyed kid, imagining what it was like. He was larger than life to me and I will miss him emmensly. My hope is that him and Vinny are up there together laughing about the good old days working at Grumman Aircraft. We lost a good one that can never be replaced. Rest in peace my friend. You will be missed.
