Jeff was born October 7, 1965 in Lumberton, NC, son of the late Clyde and Doris Register. Jeff was a man of faith. He had been a carpentry teacher and golf coach at South Brunswick High School for the past 15 years. Jeff led a very colorful life, he was a friend to all. He never knew a stranger. Jeff enjoyed spending time with his family, friends, sharing his faith, and riding his motorcycle.
He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Crystal Register; three children, Jared Register and wife Ellen, Cassidy Alexander and husband Patrick, and Kasey Register; four grandchildren, Wesley Register, Blake Register, Penny Alexander, and Eli Alexander; a brother, Rick Register; and a sister, Renee Brice.
A celebration of his life will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, May 30, 2026 in the Peacock - Newnam & White Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Garrett Albertson officiating. The family will have visitation one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
